Oh mein Gott. Erst diese Tapes aka Kassetten und jetzt auch noch Musik in digital? Ja, denn manchmal sind die coolen Beattapes nicht, noch nicht oder nicht mehr auf Vinyl oder Kassette verfügbar. Oder die Versandkosten übersteigen den Preis des analogen Tonträgers um ein vielfaches. Oder, oder, oder … Dann muss es in Ausnahmefällen auch mal mit Streams und Downloads von Bandcamp, iTunes, Spotify, Amazon und diversen anderen Internet-Plattformen funktionieren. Deshalb: Ausnahmsweise digital!

Die Compilation ist digital bei Bandcamp als „name your price“ Download / Stream verfügbar. Ich hoffe, dass die nächste Evolutionsstufe ein Release als Vinyl oder Kassette bedeuten wird. Bis dahin geniesse ich Part One mit „slower Hip-Hop & R&B sounds“ und hoffe auf viele weitere Teile.

»Drchamploo has been composing for the past five years, during which time he has released four EPs: “Contemplations”; “Urban Waves” and “Groovebox” (Vols. 1 & 2) as well as composing for film, TV and video games.
