Donvtello – Sunset Playa Tape (Late Nite Junts)

„Donvtello – Sunset Playa Tape (Late Nite Junts)“ ist im November 2018 als digitales Album und als Tape (limitiert auf 100 Kopien) über 808 MUZIK erschienen. Gut ein Jahr später hat sich Vinyl Digital der Sache nochmal angenommen und ein Vinyl (VinDig402 / 300 Kopien) veröffentlicht. Das „Sunset Playa Tape (Late Nite Junts)“ wurde über den Instagram Account von dj_lcoholic auf meinen Musikradar gespült. Dessen Empfehlungen kann man nahezu blind folgen.

Meine Wertung

Donvtello (aka Moneymaxxx) hat für das Album 14 instrumentale Tunes gebastelt. Die fetten Memphis Beats sind sehr hi-hat- und basslastig. Typischer 808 Sound eben. Eigentlich nicht ganz so meins. Aber das Ding hier ist echt der Hamma! Pro Tipp: Schön laut aufdrehen und mal so richtig abspinnen. Meine Wertung: 9/10. Favoriten: „HIDE TECHS IN KHAKIS“, „DON´T LIKE“ und „WATCHA DOIN“. Erhältlich ist die Platte bei VinDig oder 808 Muzik.
